Currently a public-private partnership is in place to attract a technology tenant to the site. This site is a mixed use project in an Opportunity Zone, totaling about 15 acres. It includes five separate building pads, including a 69,000 sq ft office building, 10,000 sq ft of retail space, a 100,000 sq ft self storage building, a second 100,000 sq ft office or biotech building and 128 unit multifamily community. LandStriker is the developer, EDC is the general contractor, Faulconer is the site work contractor and Shimp Engineering was the civil engineer.
